我开始朗诵我准备好的短文。

“老师，我们可是临时组队的，她的搭档今天生病了，我没有准备，可能我下面朗诵的短文不完整，也不太流利。”方舟认真的说。

评委们点头。

方舟开始了他没有准备的朗诵。

“When dealing with people,let us remember we are not dealing with creatures of logic.We are dealing with creatures of emotion,creatures bristling with prejudices and motivated by pride and vanity.

Benjamin Franklin,tactless in his youth,became so diplomatic,so adroit at handling people that he was made American Ambassador to France.The secret of his success?’I will speak ill of no man ,’he said,’…and speak all the good I know of everybody.’

Any fool can criticize,condemn,and complain—and most fools do.But it takes character and self-control to be understanding and fiving.’Agreat man shows his greatness,’said Carlyle,’by the way he treata little men.’Instead of condemning people,let’stry to understand them..Let’stry to figure out why they do what they do.That’s a lot more profitable and intriguing than criticism;and it breeds sympathy,tolerance,and kindness.To know all is to five all.”

方舟完美的结束了自己的朗诵。

“Good!”一个评委喊到。

方舟偏过头朝我笑。

我还处在惊讶中，他究竟隐藏了多少？

我和方舟出来，校长在那里等着我们。

“是不是不顺利？叶茗你的脸色不太好，没有关系，不拿奖就不拿。”张校长没有来由的安慰我。

“校长啊，她没事，就是被我吓到了。”方舟笑，扯我的衣服，做鬼脸。

张校长依然很迷惑。

“校长大人，你放心吧，第一肯定是我们的。”我笑着说。
